Kurganinsk district of Krasnodar region offers a mega-project in the agricultural area

The municipality invites investors to participate in the implementation of a project on the construction of a greenhouse complex.

As envisaged by the presented investment project, a greenhouse facility will be organized in the city of Kurganinsk on the territory adjacent to STF No.2 of LLC «Kavkaz» (area of the plot -130,000 sq.m.).

The administrative complex will include a Chief Engineer’s office and a household complex (lounge rooms for employees, kitchen/dining room, shower room, toilets and warehousing premises). The following facilities will be built: vegetable storage facility; shop for packaging products; greenhouse blocks; diesel power station; boiler operating on alternative fuel. According to the estimates, the complex will produce 1,837.6 tons of tomatoes, 2,887.6 tons of cucumbers and 350 tons of greenery per year. The main consumers of products will be residents of the district, network shops, markets and vegetable processing plants.

A investment attractive plot was separated for the investment project. The project needs 706.21 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 5 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 120 new jobs.

A land plot of 130,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Kurganinsk city. There is a local road, Lenina Street (0.55km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Ust-Labinsk city – Labinsk city – Upornaya Cossack village» is 0.97 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Kurganinsk city is 4.5 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 177 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station of Kurgannaya is 7.9 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 175 km, and to the seaport of Tuapse is 222 km.
