Kurganinsk district offers an investment land plot for the project in agricultural sector

The municipality will offer the entrepreneurs an investment site for placement of walnut nursery.

The area of investment-attractive plot is 19,511 sq. m. The site is located in Kurganinsk city. The distance to the federal highway "Ust-Labinsk city –Labinsk city –Upornaya Cossack village" is 2.6 km.

The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 171.8 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station of Kurgannaya is 4.5 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 174.8 km, and to the seaport of Tuapse is 350 km.

The site is in the state property. The site is proposed to investors for rent. At present time, the site is not used and free from buildings.
