The Municipal Formation Kurganinsk District plans to implement a profitable project in the sector of processing industry

The Municipal Formation searches for investors for the construction of a workshop for producing cardboard package.

An administrative and production building with an area of ​​800 square meters and a parking lot will be constructed within the presented investment project. According to preliminary calculations, the workshop will produce 1,233,000 square meters of cardboard package per year. According to forecasts, it will be in demand among industrial and trade enterprises of the Krasnodar Region, the Stavropol Region, the Republic of Adygeya and residents of nearby districts. Free labor resources and a land plot will be involved to implement the project.

The project needs 53.06 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 2.75 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 22 new jobs.

A land plot of 1,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Mikhailovskaya Cossack village. The distance to the federal highway «Ust-Labinsk city – Labinsk city –Upornaya Cossack village» is 0.1 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Kurganinsk city is 15 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 150 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station of Kurgannaya is 7.7 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 153 km, and to the seaport of Tuapse is 218 km.
