The search for investors to implement a project in agricultural sector is under way in Kurganinsk district

The municipality offers to implement an investment project on the construction of a fodder mini-plant and grain storage.

Within the framework of implementation of the project it is expected to organize the construction of six grain storage barns, shop for the production of fodder with a capacity of 1.5 thousand tons per day as well as an administrative building.

In the first run, the project is targeted at private and farming enterprises, trading companies and mediators operating in this sector.

A feasibility study was developed for the investment project. The project needs 29.27 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 0.6 years, and the return on investment period is 3.25 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 15 new jobs.

A land plot of 59,120 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Kurganinsk city. There is a local road, Lugovaya Street (1.2 km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Ust-Labinsk city – Labinsk city – Upornaya Cossack village» is 2.5 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Kurganinsk city is 5.5 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 160 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station of Kurgannaya is 4.4 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 163 km, and to the seaport of Tuapse is 223 km.
