Kurganinsk district of Krasnodar region presents a large project in the consumer sector
The municipal formation Kurganinsk district offers the investors to implement a project on the construction of a sports entertainment complex.
It is expected to implement a profitable investment project on the construction of a sports entertainment complex (aqua-park) in the city of Kurganinsk. Eventually a complex consisting of an aqua-park, two summer café and tennis courts will emerge here. The project is targeted at residents of Kurganinsk district and guests from other districts, including from the Republic of Adygeya. The estimated capacity: visit of the aqua-park per day – 533 people, number of purchases in café – 222, lease of tennis courts – 2,880 hours per year.
A feasibility study was developed for the investment project. The project needs 151.24 million rubles in the form of direct investments.
The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 7.4 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 28 new jobs.
A land plot of 21,752 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Kurganinsk city. There is a local road, Tamanskaya Street (20m), there. The distance to the federal highway "Ust-Labinsk city – Labinsk city – Upornaya Cossack village" is 2.6 km.
The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 160 km.
The distance to the nearest railway station of Kurgannaya is 5.4 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 163 km, and to the seaport of Tuapse is 350 km.
