Kurganinsk district of Krasnodar region presents a large-scale project in the area of processing industry
The municipal formation Kurganinsk district offers to implement an investment project on the accommodation of an enterprise on extraction and processing of sand gravel mix.
Within the framework of the project it is planned to construct an enterprise on extraction and processing of sand gravel mix. Eventually, the appropriate buildings and facilities will emerge and crushing & screening equipment will be installed. Quarry and transport machinery will be purchased and opencast development will be produced for the raised investment funds.
With the work load of 50%, the annual output capacity of the enterprise will make 400 thousand cubic meters per year. Thus, product output will make: crushed rock – 114 thousand cubic meters; gravel – 28.5 thousand cubic meters; washed sand – 85.5 thousand cubic meters; sown sand – 85.5 thousand cubic meters. The produce will be merchandised via the domestic market of the Southern Federal District.
A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 205.73 million rubles in the form of direct investments.
The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 5 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 51 new jobs.
A land plot of 643,987 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in north-eastern outskirts of Yuzhny township (Mikhailovskoye rural settlement). There is a local road, Oktyabrskaya Street (0.36km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Ust-Labinsk city – Labinsk city – Upornaya Cossack village" is 9.5 km.
The distance from the municipal center of Kurganinsk city is 18 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 160 km.
The distance to the nearest railway station of Kurgannaya is 19.7 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 163 km, and to the seaport of Tuapse is 329 km.
