Kurganinsk District of the Krasnodar Region provides a Mega-project in the agriculture field
The Municipal Formation proposes to implement a mega-project on the construction of the cattle-breeding complex for 1,200 heads of dairy cattle.
The construction of two cow barns for 600 cows each with sizes of 33.8 x 150 sq. m., a milking unit with sizes of 21 x 72 sq. m., a maternity ward with sizes of 33.8 x 90 sq. m., a house for young cattle with sizes of 33.8 x 138 sq. m. and ancillary facilities are provided as part of the project. 2 years will be spent for all works. The farm will be able to produce more than 10 billion liters of milk on the amount of more than 251 million rubles per year. Quality products at prices below the competitive ones will be sold to dairy companies and farms of the Kurganinsk District, the Krasnodar Region and the SFD. It is planned to supply milk to the factory of Kubarus-Moloko, OJSC, Armavir.
A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 337.24 million rubles in the form of direct investments.
The project implementation period is 2 years, and the return on investment period is 5 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 40 new jobs.
A land plot of 170,198 thousand sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in the Cossack village of Vozdvizhenskaya. There is a local road, Lenina Street (in 550 m), there. The distance to the federal highway "Ust-Labinsk – Labinsk – Upornaya" is 1 km. The distance from the municipal center of Kurganinsk is 56.5 km, and that one from Krasnodar is 114 km. The distance to the nearest train station Kurgannaya is 55 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 112 km.
