Kurganinsk district offers to implement an investment project on the construction of a melioration system

The municipality invites the investors to take part in a project on the construction of a melioration system (irrigation).

Within the framework of the project, it is expected to set up irrigation of a cluster N° 1 and N° 3 on the territory of Rodnikovsky settlement. Consequently, 3,008.37 hectares of irrigated lands will be commissioned. The project is meant for processing enterprises of Krasnodar region. There are a land plot, a project documentation and a business plan at place to implement the project.

A business the plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 558.72 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 4 years, and the return on investment period is 4.5 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 25 new jobs.

A land plot of 30,083,700 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Kurganinsk district. The distance to the federal highway "Ust-Labinsk city – Labinsk city – Upornaya Cossack village" is 8 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Kurganinsk city is 18 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 171 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station of Kurgannaya is 21 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 174 km, and to the seaport of Tuapse is 217 km.
