Kurganinsk district presents an investment project in the construction sector

The entrepreneurs are offered to invest into the project on the construction of a residential estate.

The presented investment project provides for the construction of a residential estate "New city": two 10-storey buildings and one 9-storey building, non-residential premises of the ground floor of public & business designation, integrated kindergarten for 80 seats and underground parking.

The estimated capacity envisaged by the business plan is featured by the following figures: useful floor area 20,768 sq.m.; built-in non-residential premises of public & business designation of the total area of 1,409 sq.m.; integrated kindergarten for 80 seats; underground parking for 91parking units. The project is targeted at residents of the municipal formation and neighboring districts.

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 959.4 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 2 years, and the return on investment period is 2 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 12 new jobs.

A land plot of 23,045 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Kurganinsk city. The distance to the federal highway "Ust-Labinsk city –Labinsk city –Upornaya Cossack village" is 0.8 km.

The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 114 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station Kurgannaya is 2.7 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 151 km, and to the seaport of Tuapse is 216 km.
