Kurganinsk district presents an investment site for the implementation of the contemporary project in the agricultural sector
The Municipal Formation proposes investors to rent a land plot for the implementation of the investment project on construction of the greenhouse complex for vegetable for cultivation by Dutch technology.
The purpose of using the investment site is to place a vegetable hothouse complex on Dutch technology.
The area of investment-attractive plot is 30 000 sq. m. The site is located in the town of Kurganinsk. There is a local road, Rodnikovskoye Highway (in 30 m) there. The distance to the federal highway "Ust-Labinsk – Labinsk – Upornaya" is 30 m. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar is 177 km. The distance to the nearest train station Kurgannaya is 7.2 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 180 km, and to the sea port of Tuapse is 350 km.
The site is in the federal property, with the Russian Federation as a right holder. The site is proposed to investors for rent. At present time, the site is unused and free from buildings.
