Kurganinsk district proposes a profitable investment project in the agricultural sector
The Municipal Formation Kurganinsk District of the Krasnodar Region proposes to implement a project on constructing a greenhouse complex for vegetable cultivation.
The purpose of the project is to establish a greenhouse complex that will be grow and sell 223 tons of cucumbers and 381 tons of tomatoes per year. As provided by the project, the residents of the Kurganinsk and adjacent districts of the Krasnodar region will be its main consumers. The demand for the products will be provided at the expense of high-quality vegetables and a reasonable pricing policy.
A feasibility study was developed for the investment project. The project needs 27.29 million rubles in the form of direct investments.
The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 5 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 23 new jobs.
A land plot of 19 thousand sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in the town of Kurganinsk. There is a local road, Rodnikovskoye highway (in 400 m), there. The distance to the federal highway "Ust-Labinsk – Labinsk – Upornaya" is 0.4 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar is 164 km. The distance to the nearest train station Kurgannaya is 7.6 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 167 km, and to the seaport of Tuapse is 350 km.
