Kurganinsk district proposes a prospective agricultural project

The Municipal Formation proposes to implement a promising investment project "Construction of the Plant for Milk Processing and Production of Dairy Products".

A scope of works on the construction of the industrial complex will be performed within the project, such as construction of a warehouse for dry milk, a milk recovery workshop, a supply storage, a production hall, a central washing station, facilities for culture preparation, a laboratory, a warehouse for trade products, as well as office and welfare premises. As a result, the plant will produce annually 4,500 tons of finished products: 1.1 thousand tons of pasteurized milk, 108 tons of sour cream and 720 tons of butter, 2,328 tons of powder milk and 368 tons of fermented dairy foods. The ​​products are planned to be sold to municipal organizations, large wholesale companies, dedicated customers and so on.

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 214.5 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 4 years and 1 month. The construction of the facility will allow to create 61 new jobs.

A land plot of 30 thousand sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in the town of Kurganinsk on  Lugovaya Street. There is a local road (in 130 m), there. The distance to the federal highway "Ust-Labinsk – Labinsk – Upornaya" is 0.87 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar is 155 km. The distance to the nearest train station Kurgannaya is 2.7 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 157 km, and to the seaport of Tuapse is 350 km.
