Kurganinsk District proposes an agricultural mega-project
The Municipal Formation Kurganinsk District proposes to implement a mega-project on the construction of the poultry production unit.
The Municipal Formation plans to implement the investment project during 1 year. During this period, the investments will be spent in full on the construction of the poultry production unit for turkey growing. The complex will include a site with 5 poultry houses for breeding stock, a hatchery, growing areas, a feed mill and a slaughter plant. The projected unit will be able to produce about 1 million eggs, 15,000 tons of turkey (in live weight) and 52,000 tons of compound animal feed per year. The products are planned to be implemented in the domestic market of the Southern Federal District.
A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 267.9 million rubles in the form of direct investments.
The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 3 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 76 new jobs.
A land plot of 261,878 thousand sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in the Cossack village of Novoalekseevskaya. There is a local road, Stepnaya Street (in 1.4 km), there. The distance to the federal highway is 2 km. The distance from the municipal center of Kurganinsk is 40 km, and that one from Krasnodar is 190 km. The distance to the nearest train station Andree-Dmitrievskaya is 24.3 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 193 km.
