Kurganinsk district proposes an investment attractive land plot for the project in the agricultural sector

The Municipal Formation proposes investors to rent a land plot for the implementation of a promising project on placement of enterprise for storage and processing of agricultural products.

It is supposed to use the site with a purpose to establish the enterprise for storage and processing of agricultural products on it.

The area of the investment attractive plot is 3,960 sq. m. The site is located in the town of Kurganinsk. There is a local road, Lugovaya Street (in 400 m), there. The distance to the federal highway "Ust-Labinsk – Labinsk – Upornaya" is 1.1 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar is 170 km. The distance to the nearest train station Kurgannaya is 3 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 173 km, and to the seaport of Tuapse is 350 km.

The land plot is located in the state property; the Russian Federation is its right holder. The site is proposed investors for rent. Currently, the site is not used and free of buildings, and town planning regulations have not been established.

The land plot is located in an area with developed infrastructure. The distance to the power supply system is 700 m. The estimated value of maintenance of engineering infrastructure is 0.8 million rubles.
