Kurganinsk District proposes to implement an investment attractive land plot for the project in the transport sector
The Municipal Formation proposes investors a land plot for placement of transport infrastructure facilities on a rental basis.
The area of investment-attractive plot is 3,869 sq. m. The site is located in the town of Kurganinsk. There is a local road, Mira Street (in 30 m) there. The distance to the federal highway "Ust-Labinsk – Labinsk – Upornaya" is 30 m. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar is 177 km. The distance to the nearest train station Kurgannaya is 6.8 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 180 km.
The site is in the federal property, with the Russian Federation as a right holder. The site is proposed to investors for rent. At present time, the site is unused and free from buildings.
The land plot is located in the district with developed infrastructure. The estimated value of maintenance of engineering infrastructure is 0.95 million rubles.
