Kurganinsk District provides an investment project in the consumer field

The Municipal Formation Kurganinsk District proposes to implement a project on the construction of the social and entertainment center.

The investment project suggests the capital construction of the indoor facility on the prepared site with the use of prefabricated construction technology, purchase of equipment for sports and entertainment area, as well as landscaping and gardening of the territory. The entertainment center will provide serve to about 18,000 people per year – they will be inhabitants of the Kurganinsk District and adjacent districts.

A feasibility study was developed for the investment project. The project needs 57.58 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 3 years and 9 months. The construction of the facility will allow to create 22 new jobs.

A land plot of 14,156 thousand sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in the town of Kurganinsk. There is a local road, Tamanskaya Street (in 360 m), there. The distance to the federal highway "Ust-Labinsk – Labinsk – Upornaya" is 2.2 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar is 160 km. The distance to the nearest train station Kurgannaya is 5 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 163 km.
