Investor: OOO PKF DTK Project implementation year: 2023 OOO PKF DTK was founded in 2000 as a transportation company offering rental services for road vehicles and specialized equipment. Over time, the company expanded into road construction. Throughout its growth, the company has effectively finished numerous projects involving the repair, construction, and renovation of highways in Krasnodar region, including those under the national project “Safe and Quality Roads.”

The average number of employees for 2023 was 175 people.

In 2011, a plant capable of producing 160 tons of asphalt-concrete per hour started operating in Kurganinsk. The agreement to carry out this investment project was signed during the 11th International Investment Forum in Sochi.

In 2023, the project to install a mobile crushing and sorting system with a capacity of 267 tons per hour was finished. Six new investment sites were used for production, with a total investment volume of 222 million rubles, leading to the creation of 17 new jobs.

The company produces crushed stone in different sizes, sand, asphalt for roads, bitumen, mineral non-metallic products, road bitumen, ready-mix concrete, and offers highway repair and maintenance services.

In 2024, at the 2024 Kurganinsk Municipal Investment Forum, administration of the municipality of Kurganinsk district signed a Protocol of Intentions to collaborate on an investment project with OOO PKF DTK. The company began implementing the investment project “Construction of a plant for the production of landscaping elements and reinforced concrete products.” This project, with a budget of 200 million rubles, aims to create 15 new job opportunities.

The completion date is December 2024. The Krasnodar region Investment Proposals Fund has put 24 land plots with a total area of 40 hectares into circulation.

The manufactured products are used in the road construction industry of the region.
