Investor: OOO Ostrovok Project implementation year: 2022 In February 2022, at the 2022 Kurganinsk Municipal Investment Forum, administration of Kurganinsk district and OOO Ostrovok signed a Protocol of Intentions to collaborate on an investment project titled “Renovation of a coffee shop along with enhancements to the surrounding area.”

In 2022, a modern and comfortable park-coffee shop called Ostrovok opened in the historical and cultural center of Kurganinsk.

The area was the final addition to a comprehensive project to enhance the central part of the city.

Today, the park is a popular spot for both locals and visitors to the city. Those who haven’t been to Kurganinsk in a while appreciate how well the park’s grounds have seamlessly integrated into its contemporary look.
